City Bus Early Morning Service
HOURS OF SERVICE
Early morning service operates from 6:55 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. on school days only. Two trips are made around each route. Washington and Sunnyside Schools have one additional trip to accommodate elementary students. Bel Air and Perkett Schools have one combined early morning route. Afternoon service will make one trip from most schools directly to home. Please use the maps for detailed information.
BOARDING POINTS
You may board the City Bus at any street corner along the route or at a fire hydrant in the middle of a long block. Major boarding points for the City Buses are in the downtown area at the corner of 1st Street SE and Central Avenue and at the main west entrance of Town & Country Shopping Center.

Bus tokens can be purchased at the Public Works Office (1025 31st St. SE), Water Billing Office (515 2nd Ave. SW) or from the bus drivers. The bus drivers may accept checks made payable to Minot City Transit.

*NOTE* PASSENGERS MUST PAY FOR EACH RIDE . THE PURCHASE OF A BAG OF TOKENS DOES NOT PAY FOR A RIDE. ONE TOKEN OR CASH MUST BE PLACED IN THE CASH BOX. FAILURE TO PAY FOR YOUR RIDE IS CONSIDERED THEFT OF SERVICES.
NO CHARGING OF RIDES WILL BE ALLOWED.
DRIVERS ONLY CARRY CHANGE FOR A $5.00 BILL
UNRULY BEHAVIOR
PASSENGERS WHO WILLFULLY BECOME DESTRUCTIVE, UNRULY OR ABUSIVE TO A BUS DRIVER OR OTHER PASSENGERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RIDE THE CITY BUS UNTIL A PARENT, GUARDIAN OR ADULT INVOLVED CONTACTS THE BUS SUPERINTENDENT OR PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR.
Buses from Sunnyside, Washington, Edison, and Perkett Schools will depart at 3:05 p.m. and Bel Air School approximately 3:15 p.m. Buses from Jim Hill and Magic City Campus to Central Campus, will depart at approximately 3:25 p.m. The West and North Central buses from Ramstad School will depart to Central Campus at approximately 3:25 p.m.
