Minot Police Department Records Office
The Minot Police Department Records Division is headed by Sgt. Jeff Wallace. The staff is comprised of the Clerk of Court, two Records Clerks and the Parking Control Clerk.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Payments for Municipal Court fines bond forfeitures, parking tickets, and bonds posted for court may be made at the Records Office 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
This division is responsible for the collection, recording, storage and retrieval of information and/or documentation regarding the operational activities at the Minot Police Department. Copies of documents and criminal history checks may be obtained by following the proper request procedures and submitting the appropriate fee listed below.
